PROCEDURES OF ORDERING AND POSTAGE INFORMATION

Interested parties can email to alenacloset@gmail.com with the detail information like below:

Item code, colour and quantity, customer's name, mailing address,email address, contact number (optional), and type of postage ( registered or normal postage).

After we receive your email, we will send a confirmation email on your order. After receiving our confirmation email, please make the payment within 2 days, else the order will be void.

After payment has been made, we will send another payment confirmation email to you. Our delivery period in Singapore will be from 4-10 working days. For Malaysia deliveries, will be 5-14 working days ( duration maybe vary based on the country delivery duration).

Postage Fee:

In Singapore

Normal postage :

SGD $1.50 ( 1-2 items)

SGD $2.50 (3-4 items)

SGD $3.50 (5 -10 items)

Registered mail : Normal postage rate + additional SGD$ 2.20

(e.g 3 items = S$ 2.50 + S$ 2.20 = $4.70)

In Malaysia

Postage in Malaysia to be advised via email.

** It is advisable to post by registered mail.

Free postage if collecting by hand [Tiong Bahru Mrt (Singapore) or Bukit Indah, Johor Bahru ( Malaysia) ]

Alena's closet will not be responsible on any lost item sent by normal postage.
